Planning a Business Unit

Content of the studies

Careful planning is the main thing when establishing a business. These studies will help you to clarify your ideas, develop a business idea and draw up a business plan for it. Students know how to define their strengths and competence, look for and generate ideas for business opportunities, develop a business idea and draw up a business plan for it. They also network with stakeholders and prepare the documents associated with setting up a company.

These studies can be included in part of the Vocational Qualification in Business studies.

Education is full-time and takes place at Tredu, Santalahdentie 10, Tampere.

Requirements for student selection

• This education is only targeted at the people living in Finland.
• To be eligible to apply you must either have Finnish citizenship, permanent or continuous residence permit A based e.g. on family ties, refugee etc., or a temporary residence permit B based on family ties, refugee, remigration etc.
NB! If you have a residence permit based on studies at another educational institution, you are not eligible to apply to Tredu.
• Good command in English language.

How to apply

You can apply this program starting from 22nd of August! The application process ends on 12th of October, 2022.
Fill out the application form in Wilma.
Eligible applicants will be interviewed during and after the application period either live at Tredu Santalahdentie 10, Tampere, Finland or via Microsoft Teams. The studies begin on 24th of October, 2022.
